Return & Refund Policy
Answer: You can cancel your order during the confirmation or while it’s under preparing by logging into your sheebaonline account and clicking on “My Account” > Orders. Every product ordered will be listed, by clicking on each you will get the option to cancel.
Once your order is shipped and sent out for delivery, order is not cancelable and shipping charges will apply.
2) What is Sheebaonline return policy?
Answer: You can return a product if it is not a part of the non-returnable list and if you have received:
- An incorrect product (if the product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags).
- A damaged / defective product (For electronics, open products will be accepted if different from description or picture displayed).
- If you have changed your mind or placed a wrong order, we will only accept a return under certain conditions:
The items are in its original retail packaging (Sealed/Closed Box) and is not damaged or tampered in any condition. The seal of the item needs to be in an intact condition.
For all other products, returns are accepted if product is in unbroken original packaging, including all accessories
Refund will be issued into your wallet or credit card, post inspection at our end.
3) Which countries do Sheebaonline ship?
Answer: Sheebaonline in only operating in UAE currently.
4) Which products cannot be refunded or returned?
Answer: Products that are in original packaging with unbroken seals may be returned within 7 working days at your own cost. Products can’t be returned or refunded once the packaging has been opened. Unless, it is an electronic item that doesn’t work once opened. Then a request for a return and exchange must be filed within 3 days of receiving the product.
5) How is a return processed?
Answer: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
