I. GENERAL

How does the Subscription work?

It’s really simple (like everything else good in our lives!).

Just pick your subscription (monthly or prepay for 3,6,9 or 12 months), then each month we will send you a carefully curated box that includes 5-7 items to help you live a thoughtful and inspired life. Sign up easily and cancel anytime!

What will be in my box?

Each month we choose a different theme with products ranging from styling, grooming and self care to surprise gadgets like earphones, fitness bands and more.

Can I send a box as a gift?

Absolutely!

Our subscription boxes make wonderful gifts. We’re sure whomever you gift this to will be delighted. When you check out, you will fill out your billing information, then at the bottom of that section, simply choose “Ship to a different address” and you can enter your gift recipient’s address. Let us know it’s a gift in the comment section and we will not include a packing slip with the box, so they won’t ever see your payment information.

When will I get my box?

You don’t have to wait that long. If you place your order with us by the 7th of the month, you will receive your order between the 17th-20th of the same month. If you place your order after the 7th of the month, you will automatically be placed in the next cycle. You can expect your first package in the next month between the 17th-20th.

What if I want a previous month’s box?

Once the previous month’s boxes have shipped to current subscribers, some of the items will become available for individual sale on the sheebaonline.ae website. If certain items are not listed, contact us at info@sheebaonline.ae and we will be happy to see if we can find a solution.

Do I have to be home when you deliver?

Nope! Our courier company will call you when you sign up we’ll ask you where you’d like them to be left (pick a spot) if you’re not in. So when you show up at your door your lovely box of surprises will be waiting for you!

Can I get a VAT receipt?

Of course. A VAT receipt will be emailed to you on your registered e-mail ID. If you can’t find it, simply send us an email at info@sheebaonline.ae and we’ll be happy to assist you.

If I have a specific question about a product and it is not answered in the FAQ's, what do I do?

The best way is to send us an email at info@sheebaonline.ae and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, we’re also pretty active on our Social Media channels and you can also reach out to us through any of them. For any urgent needs, you can contact us via whatsapp on 056-7350111

II. SHIPPING & EXCHANGES

Which company do you ship with?

All Orders are handled through local courier services.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

Currently, we ship only within the United Arab Emirates.

Do you have Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery is not applicable on subscription services.

Can I exchange a specific product?

Boxes are curated around themes we pick. At this moment, we offer no exchange of products within a box.

My address has changed. What do I do?

Address changes must be made before the 30th of the previous month in order to take effect for the following month’s shipping. If the address is not updated in time, the carrier has the right to charge a forwarding fee.

III. MY ORDER

How can I track my order?

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. Use that tracking number to see the status of your order at any time.

My order has arrived, but it's not as expected, what should I do?

Subscription boxes are curated for you based on the questionnaire you complete. We take Customer feedback very seriously so do contact us and we can see if there is a way to accommodate your request. Kindly send us an email at info@sheebaonline.ae so that we can find ways to learn from your experience and improve.

My Subscription Box arrived damaged, incomplete or it didn’t arrive at all, what do I do?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us with details and our customer care team will investigate what happened with the courier company right away!

I have signed up for 3,6,9 or 12 months but want to cancel early. Can I get a refund.

You can cancel receipt of subscription boxes at anytime but we do not process refunds since we pre order all our items to make sure they reach you on time. We can put a hold on your upcoming month’s subscription too. You can also transfer the box to a loved one or send some gifts to your friends for upcoming occasions. Simply contact us at info@sheebaonline.ae and we would be happy to help you.

IV. BILLING

How often/when will I be billed?

By subscribing to the monthly Box Service, you are considered a ‘Subscriber’ of the Service, and you will pay the recurring monthly payment or monthly subscription fee.

Once you subscribe. we process your monthly subscription fee for the first month, or your pre-payment for a Three (3), Six (6), Nine (9) or Twelve (12) month term, as described below, and every month, or term thereafter, until your subscription is canceled, without further notice to you or authorization from you.

For example, by subscribing to the three (3) month plan, you will pay a monthly subscription fee, plus applicable fees, shipping, and taxes as may apply every month. Thereafter, we will continue to process a monthly subscription fee and other applicable charges until you contact us to cancel your subscription. The same terms are applicable for 3, 6, 9 or 12 month subscription packages

How do I cancel my Subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your Account Page and selecting ‘Subscriptions’ under ‘Account Preferences’, or by contacting Sheeba General Trading LLC at info@sheebaonline.ae, with the subject line “UNSUBSCRIBE”.

Cancelling subscription(s) through your account page must be done prior to the 15th of the current month (e.g., by 15th July in order to cancel for an August renewal). Users requesting cancellation of subscription(s) via e-mail must do so by the 10th of the previous month to allow for manual processing of the cancellation (e.g., Subscriber must email cancellation request by July 10th in order to cancel their account prior to an August renewal).

Can I pause my Subscription?

If you are going to be travelling or want to pause your subscription for a while for any reason, simply reach out to us at info@sheebaonline.ae and we would be happy to pause your subscription for one month per subscription cycle. Please note that requests to pause must reach us before the 15th of the month for the next month if your doing so from your account page or 10th of the month if your doing so by email.
