Subscribe and pay for our self-care packages by the 7th of the month to receive the month’s package between 17th-20th of the month. If we receive a subscription request after the 7th of the month, it will automatically enroll you for the next month’s package. For example, if you subscribe on 8th June, your first box will be posted on 17th to 20thJuly. This is a subscription service, with automatic payments charged to your credit card on a monthly basis. Upon expiry of your subscription, it will automatically renew for a further fixed term of the same length. To cancel or pause your subscription, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Please keep in mind, refunds are not possible since the products are sourced based on the orders we have received however, if you still have a concern, we will try to assist you.
